Dual Property Chief Engineer - VT

The Holiday Inn Express and White River Inn are now hiring for a dual property Chief Engineer Full Time. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. This candidate will be responsible and working at both locations.

The salary is $50K/Year

Job Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of the Engineering department, including special projects, preventative maintenance programs, and staffing
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the building looking clean and professional
• Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner
• Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
• Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Other duties as assigned
