Compensation Range DPE: $100,000-140,000+ Plus 15% Bonus of Base

Leadership role operating in the Power Distribution leadership space serving the Utilities, Oil and Gas, Substations, Industrial Settings, and data center territories.

Power Careers LLC is confidentially seeking an experienced engineer with switchgear design and or manufacturing experience that is wanting to go into a Engineering Management role. Experience

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Directs department activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.
2. Resolve problems using solutions that involve existing or new techniques, technologies, or concepts.
3. Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan design development projects.
4. Reviews requests for quotations from customers and offers technical guidance, material estimates, and other support for sales personnel.
5. Confers with management and production to determine engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
6. Advises management of new developments that may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations, and/or inter-departmental relations.
7. Provides direction and examples for interpretation and application of Company policies and procedures to the engineering activities.

Ideally you are experienced in designing and or manufacturing LV-HV switchgear, along with P&L experience.

We are looking for 10+ years of directly related experience.

Other Requirements

1. Supervisory or project management experience, with an emphasis on business management.
2. Experience required in new product and design program development.
3. Problem Solving
