Quality Engineer

Join our client's team as a Quality Engineer in Lancaster, PA. This is a direct hire position paying up to 80K for the right candidate. Join a thriving team with impressive health care benefits and 401K plan.
Responsibilities :

• Review, analyze date, and enhance current data systems, and implement corrective actions if necessary
• Review and improve processes to align with quality requirements, customer expectations, and GMP
• Reporting responsibilities and presentations
• Determine gaps between data/observations and quality requirements
• Development of programs and projects
• Oversee inspection plans for current and new products
• Write and review SOPs for compliance with quality standards

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• Ability to problem solve, handle projects, and communication information thoroughly
• ISO 9001 experience
