1. (????) Application Engineer for discrete power semiconductors of SiC MOSFET, IGBT and diode. Green Power Solution Team.
2. Work with a team of industrial products applications engineers supporting BU objectives.
3. Define product (SiC MOSFET, IGBT and diode) specification and requirements for new products in communication with technical development engineering.
4. Validate electrical performance evaluation through simulation and experiment as part of the product verification for system application.
5. Will be responsible for comprehensive application verification and validation of newly designed silicon and SiC taking a system-based approach.
6. In-depth knowledge related to industrial application and problem solving skills.
7. Provide collateral and IP material: datasheets, application notes, user guides, white papers and patents.
8. Conduct technical presentations and product training to internal Sales and FAEs as well as external partners and customers.

1. Deep knowledge in power semiconductors for power electronics related systems (Flyback, CCM, DCM, PFC, LLC, DC/DC, DC/AC, Motor drives).
2. Deep knowledge of power semiconductor devices, especially Si & SiC MOSFET, IGBT, Gate Driver (HVIC and Galvanic) combined with power electronics.
3. Team player and good communication skills.
4. Technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
5. English communication skills, including the ability to present and report.
6. Prefer MSc course with related company experience or BSc course graduated with Power Electronics/Power Semiconductor with related company experience.
7. Understanding Power Electronics and Power Semiconductor Device.
8. Self-motivated team player with strong desire to achieve BU goals.
9. Good to have simulation skills such as P-spice, Matlab, Simetrix, MathCAD, PCB artwork, loss simulation.
