Data Integration Developer (ETL and ADF)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Integration Developer with expertise in ADF-SSIS integration runtime, ADF functions for ETL, SSIS packages, SQL Server stored procedures, and basic SQL Server table management skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions to meet the organization's business requirements.

Responsibilities

1. ADF-SSIS Integration:
   1. Design, develop, and implement robust data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
   2. Ensure seamless integration between ADF and SSIS runtime environments for efficient data processing.
2. ADF Functions for ETL:
   1. Leverage ADF functions to perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations efficiently.
   2. Develop and optimize ADF workflows to ensure reliable and high-performance data transformations.
3. SSIS Packages:
   1. Create, modify, and maintain SSIS packages to support various data integration and ETL requirements.
   2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SSIS package execution and performance.
4. SQL Server Stored Procedures:
   1. Design and implement SQL Server stored procedures to support data manipulation, transformation, and extraction processes.
   2. Optimize stored procedures for performance and maintainability.
5. Basic SQL Server Table Management:
   1. Demonstrate proficiency in basic SQL Server table management, including creating, modifying, and maintaining database tables.
   2. Ensure data integrity through proper indexing, constraints, and data validation.
6. Collaboration and Documentation:
   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide effective data integration solutions.
   2. Document all aspects of data integration processes, including design, development, and troubleshooting steps.
7. Performance Optimization:
   1. Identify opportunities for performance improvement in data integration processes and implement optimizations as needed.
   2. Monitor and tune ADF and SSIS solutions for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in data integration development using ADF and SSIS.
3. Strong proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server database management.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Strong communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
