As a lead systems administrator on our project, you'll provide technical support for protecting critical information, systems, and assets. You will build vital solutions, rapidly troubleshoot issues, and implement new software and hardware. You'll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in mission critical networks. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with IT systems support, including Tier I and Tier II customer services and incident and problem management
- Experience managing enterprise applications and services, SCCM and MECM or MCM, and providing configuration and troubleshooting support to DoD365 customers
- Experience with the management of both physical and virtual workstations, servers, and network resources, including build, configure, and manage devices in a LAN or WAN topography
- Experience with DoD environments, standards, processes, and policies, and the implementation of industry best practices for hardware, software, and system performance and security
- Knowledge of Microsoft Directory Services, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management, and Certificate services
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and solve complex problems with innovative solutions
- DoD 8570 Compliant IAT level II Certification
- Completion of Compute Environment Training
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with IT Project Management and various methodologies
- Experience with collaboration software, email services, and cloud technologies
- Experience using vulnerability and compliance tools, including Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
- Experience administering Linux or UNIX systems
- Knowledge of ITIL standards of service
- Knowledge of programming languages, including PowerShell, Python, or Bash
