1. Responds and troubleshoots any alerts from the monitoring system.
2. Troubleshoots and provides fault isolation for remote locations.
3. Configures and troubleshoots firewalls.
4. Configures and troubleshoots Aruba Wireless Network.
5. Implements approved architecture, deploys new and/or expanded network systems.
6. Configures, operates, and maintains the network routing infrastructure.
7. Performs regular maintenance on network devices, including but not limited to running system backups, reviewing logs, and upgrading OSs.
8. Maintains documentation on all routing policies, procedures, and configurations.
9. Special Requirement: Available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using a rotation schedule.
10. Completes special projects as assigned.
11. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
