This job is an integral member of an agile scrum team responsible for writing, executing, analyzing, and testing software products to build scalable applications across all digital channels. The incumbent will focus on software quality and customer views to enable developers to build high-quality applications aligned with the product vision. Responsibilities include involvement in all aspects of the SDLC process, test automation, refining the CICD process, code reviews, and manual testing. The incumbent will act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to other test engineers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with software engineers, product analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements for new features
• Write test case documents, test plan documents, and test results adhering to SOC2 standards
• Mentor junior test engineers
• Generate ideas, suggest business rules, and contribute to an evolving product backlog
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and software development through final execution
• Develop and execute test automation code, participate in refining the CICD process, code reviews, and mentor junior test engineers

EDUCATION

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or Healthcare Administration

EXPERIENCE

• Required: 5 years of writing test artifacts adhering to SOC2 standards, 1 year of developing test automation software, and 1 year of mentoring junior Test Engineers

• Preferred: 5 years of hands-on experience in various types of testing, 2 years of experience with Test management tools, 2 years of experience in Cloud platform-based applications, and 2 years of developing test automation software
