This technical individual contributor will be responsible for developing new methodologies and automation to support current and future-state tapeout process flows, targeting best-in-class cycle time, quality, and value for our customers. This position requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and will be located in Essex Junction, Vermont.Essential Responsibilities Include:Develop methodologies and systems supporting next-generation Mask Data Prep operations.Project scope includes proposed solutions, analysis of business cases, and presenting results.{=html} - Develop scripts and automated tools to improve the quality and cycle-time of tapeouts.{=html} - Manage tapeout projects from pre-tape-in, to release, to mask write. - Collaborate with tapeout stakeholders to define: - Design services and data preparation flows. - Long-term scalable strategies for each element/operation in the flow. - Schedule management, schedule analysis, risk assessment/mitigation.Other Responsibilities:Communicate effectively across teams in operations, engineering, and quality.
