Overview:

We are on the hunt for an experienced Operations Engineer who is a highly skilled problem-solver with the business knowledge and technological expertise to implement strategies, evaluate processes, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of our organization. The Ops Engineer will work with complex systems, designing, developing, and integrating them at every stage of a project lifecycle. The ideal candidate can reliably deliver mission-critical solutions that boost accessibility, optimization, and security.


Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Operations department to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Utilize process, technology, and automation to improve company efficiency and scalability.
  • Research, implement, and maintain new and existing platforms to enhance both the employee and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments to scope and optimize solutions.
  • Gain a greater understanding of the inner workings of the business to provide context and answers to complex problems.
  • Facilitate platform administration, configuration, and correction.


Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

  • Experience in an operations role, where you were responsible for implementing/enforcing process adherence.
  • Some development experience or knowledge of programming in at least one language (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of API integrations and usage.
  • Experience in administrating and optimization of business-critical applications & platforms.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to properly scope and maintain accurate, up-to-date information on those projects.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel (i.e., understand how to build reports, utilize pivot tables, etc.).
  • Data literacy skills and analysis skills are used for finding insights and creating callouts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot/debug technical issues within automation/data platforms.
  • Salesforce Administration experience
