Vice President of Operations-Electrical/Construction

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee our clients' operational activities and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful operations within the electrical space. This position will be in the Northern California area and will have 200-300 field team members reporting into it. This role will require a leader with experience managing and running $120-125 million in revenue overall.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Successfully lead and execute all sales and operational initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Work closely with General contractors to communicate project goals
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to the operations team
- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners

Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management at a senior level, preferably in electrical or construction
- A minimum of five years' experience working in senior leadership roles
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred

Pay: From $230,000.00 per year
