Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

Focus:
- Execute civil engineering analysis and design, covering roadway and grading design, site layout, zoning, stormwater management, utility planning, and ADA compliance.
- Collaborate with local utility providers, municipalities, environmental agencies, and planning boards to present and coordinate project submissions.
- Conduct on-site investigations to document and evaluate existing conditions.
- Assist in the development of design plans, calculations, and specifications, working closely with other disciplines to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Conduct construction inspections, offering solutions and responses to issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Utilize project management and engineering skills on a variety of projects, from small-scale restorations to larger construction efforts.
- Participate in professional development activities and industry functions.
- Provide guidance and contribute to the development of technical standards while supporting junior engineers.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- EIT certification is required, with PE licensure in New Jersey preferred.
- Ability to guide and collaborate with less-experienced engineers.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Strong understanding of code compliance, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines consistently.
