Establish and direct daily activities as well as assigning projects and monitoring progress.• Ensure compliance with all applicable ISO, UL, CSA, Industry, and special customer requirements.• Responsible for daily application of the Quality Management System such as Corrective Action System, Document Control, Calibration, Training etc.• Lead quality improvement efforts using problem solving tools to resolve quality issues and achieve stable and predictable process results. (8D and DMAIC problem solving experience a plus)• Assist in the development of projects relative to error proofing, process aids and continuous improvement.• Collect and analyze production and defect data to perform various Quality related studies.• Assist in the training and development of personnel relative to defect root cause analysis• Work in various software platforms.
