Generative AI Engineer

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will leverage the power of generative AI models to help build out AWS products for clients that will solve challenges across different teams. You will design and propose solutions, help teams understand how the models will benefit them and build out cutting-edge solutions. Your work will contribute to the development of groundbreaking AI solutions that shape the future of technology and innovation.
Principle Accountabilities:

• Lead design sessions with the team to strategize, architect, and plan the implementation of generative AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy high-performing generative AI models capable of solving complex problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to integrate generative AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems or products.
• Fine-tune and optimize generative AI algorithms and models to meet specific use-case requirements, focusing on scalability and resource efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of generative AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
• Translate technical details into business language for internal teams, effectively communicating the benefits of proposed solutions.
• Create strategic roadmaps and project plans aligned with team objectives, working closely with Project Managers to manage customer expectations and timelines.
• Explore and leverage the latest advancements in generative AI research to enhance system performance and capabilities.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies within the generative AI domain.
• Document implementation processes, provide technical documentation, and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives within PREDICTif to maintain leadership in AI and AWS technologies.
• Conribute to marketing materials showcasing PREDICTif's expertise in the Generative AI space.

Skills Needed:

• Demonstratedexperience in implementing and deploying generative AI models in practical scenarios.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
• Thorough understanding of deep learning architectures and generative models including GANs, VAEs, etc.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) applications in generative AI.
• Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques for training generative models.
• Strong skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with adaptability to tackle new challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• AWS Solution Architect - Professional Certification (to be obtained within 6 months of hiring).
• AWS Specialty Certification - Machine Learning (to be obtained within 1 year of hiring).
