Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile graphic designer who excels in translating brand guidelines into visually compelling designs. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on print and digital designs for multiple client accounts, ensuring that each design project aligns seamlessly with the unique brand identities of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply client brand guidelines to create visually cohesive designs.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across various platforms and media.
- Collaborate with marketing experts to turn brand strategy into creative concepts and design solutions for a range of projects, including print collateral, digital assets, slide decks, website design, social media graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and seek feedback from clients and team members.
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Maintain organized design files and adhere to version control procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handovers and project continuity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign expertise required); Preferred experience with formatting themes and layouts for Microsoft Office applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Confidence in generating ideas & concepts that combine creative and strategic considerations
- Attention to detail and a deep understanding of fundamental design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to successful manage multiple requests and work to deadlines.
