JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Discover and analyze regional business requirements.
2. Generate, Deploy, and Integrate solutions using standard IT tools and processes.
3. Provide complex level 3 and 4 engineering support of deployed environment.
4. Engineer and perform major Infrastructure migrations.
5. Advance support and maintain on-premises Infrastructure server and Azure cloud hosting.
6. Keep detailed and accurate technical documentation.
7. Provide updates to Regional Business and IT Team on Infrastructure roadmaps.
8. Work and Participate with Regional IT Team to Support the Regional Business.
9. Work without Direct Oversight.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT computer science, or similar related IT industry experience.
2. Preferred Industry Certifications - CompTIA; Microsoft, Cisco, DELL, etc.
3. 3+ years of Data Center and Azure Cloud Infrastructure experience.
4. 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud, Hyper-V or VMware Infrastructure.
5. 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Servers & Network support experience.
6. 5+ years of Microsoft Enterprise Stack (Administration, AD, ADFS, DFS, GPO, SCCM).
7. Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2019, 2022).
8. Functional knowledge of LAN/WAN and tiered application architecture.
9. Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
10. Ability and willingness to travel as required.
