Job Title: .NET/DBD/Testing Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
As part of our delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing features for new and existing projects. This will include greenfield projects and updates to existing ones in various languages and frameworks.
This role is all about working smarter rather than harder. So, you will be expected to find the most rapid and appropriate way to build complex features and then deliver high-quality, defect-free code. The expectations are to own end-to-end features development to post-production support.
Experience
8 years total; 5 years minimum in professional software development.
Top 4 Must Haves
- Microsoft .NET Full Stack Development
- SQL and No-SQL coding, Mongo DB experience preferred. Database development
- Manual QA and (automation and Manual: Selenium .NET)
- Must have healthcare Project experience and also full SDLC exposure
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in .Net, database development, including SQL and Non-SQL (Mongo preferred), testing with test case creation and execution (automation and Manual: Selenium .NET)
- Collaborating with a team of developers and product managers
- The ability to self-manage and organize; should be able to find answers with zero help.
- Proactive communication is a must for this position; we can't have someone sitting down and waiting for someone to help.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Completing work assigned to you on time, on-spec, and free from defects
- Writing clean, testable, and well-documented back- and front-end code
- Creating and executing unit test cases according to CARELON guidelines
- Creating and executing QA Test cases according to CARELON guidelines (Manual and Automation: Selenium .NET)
- Working on Database changes as required
- Security scan of the code and fixing any defect introduced by your code
- Performing performance testing according to CARELON guidelines
- Deployment, release support, post-production support according to CARELON guidelines
- Actively participating in sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and fortnightly retrospectives
