We are seeking an experienced Facility Senior Electrical Engineer for our High Performance Facilities (HFP) business unit in our Greenwood Village, CO; San Antonio, TX; Merritt Island, FL; Huntsville, AL; Albuquerque, NM; Boise, ID; or Chamblee, GA offices.

This position requires a competent professional engineer who will be responsible for all phases of engineering production and BIM for a variety of work ranging from programming through construction administration. An agreed upon hybrid schedule , working from both home and office, is available to employees in good standing.
Typical annual pay range for this position is $121,700.00 - $160,000.00. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Design electrical systems for facilities for Government, Military, University, and private clients.
- Provide conceptual / detailed design and analysis for facility power distribution (600V), site power distribution (15kV), emergency power generation, grounding and lightning protection, lighting design, telecommunications (voice/data), fire alarm / mass notification, security, access control, and special systems.
- Provide supporting documentation such as calculations, reports, and specifications.
- Possess extensive knowledge on electrical regulatory codes.
- Meet with clients to prepare and/or validate proposed scope of work.
- Prepare fee proposals for engineering design work. Write and edit specifications.
- Work with other disciplines to ensure accuracy of the package, meet schedule, and budget commitments and meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.
- Work in a design team environment, including directing and mentoring the work of junior engineers and designers, and delegating work as required.
- Manage and lead direct reports of local and remote engineering staff. Perform annual performance reviews.
- Twelve (12) years of experience in facility Electrical Engineering design.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
- Minimum twelve (12) years of experience using REVIT/AutoCAD or other design software-based drawing generation.
- Experience using electrical calculation tools is required, including lighting and power software such as AGi32, Elum Tools, SKM Power Tools, ETAP, and EasyPower.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Excel & Word.
- Experience with technical codes such as NEC, NESC, NFPA, IEEE is required.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship.
