We are looking for a/an Steam Turbine Program Engineering Manager to join our Services_AME team in United States .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Oversee steam turbine engineering activities from design to repair.
• Lead redesign efforts for improved performance and reliability.
• Serve as an SME on steam turbines.
• Develop inspection protocols and analyze data.
• Set technical standards for repairs and upgrades.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Mentor engineers and technicians.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in degree in Engineering
• 15+ years' experience as a design engineer.
• Experience as an original equipment manufacturer.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
