Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring and reporting on Salesforce logins and usage of community licenses.
• Automating the deployment of Salesforce code/configuration changes to higher environments.
• Reviewing and understanding downstream impacts of change requests and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record managing Salesforce org.
• 1+ year of experience using Copado or other DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, etc.).
• Proficiency in Jira, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of integration with Heroku, AWS, and other third-party platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce security best practices, and governor limits.
