Customer Solution Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and presenting product solutions to clients, working right alongside sales teams to create product demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and custom software solutions atop Ultipa Graph database and toolchains.

Responsibilities

• An integral part of global pre-sales & customer-services team(s)
• Empower and collaborate with local sales team
• Develop quality Ultipa graph database solutions (demos, POCs and production-quality software)
• Discover and report bugs
• Technically support real-world customer/partner/team needs

Qualifications

• Must-have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Must-have: Development experience with backend/front-end (or Full Stack) programming languages; proficiency with at least 2 programming languages, such as Golang, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Must-have: Database/server development and debugging skills over Linux (preferred)
• Ideally: graph thinking, deep understanding of graph theory, algorithms, etc.
