Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced I&C (Instrumentation & Control) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation and control systems for various projects. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background in I&C engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems for oil & gas projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering documents, including control system design specifications, logic diagrams, and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
• Ensure all designs and implementations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay current with the latest developments and technologies in instrumentation and control engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in I&C engineering, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Proficiency in control system design software and tools (e.g., PLC, DCS, SCADA systems).
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced control systems and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards (e.g., ISA, IEC).
• Familiarity with field instrumentation and control valves used in the oil & gas industry.
