Position Title : Data Entry Specialist
Wage : $19.00 - $22.00
Shift : 1st Shift
Hours : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities :
- Review Smart Drive video and prep coaching emails for full-time staff to review and send to field
- Entry of camera coaching data into Smartsheet Coaching Logs
- Review of CSA citations and violations to prepare Driver Controlled Violations emails for full-time staff to review and communicate to field
- Entry of violations and citations to Smartsheet DOT Log (data base)
- Review and action on certain items received into the CSA Team Group email
- Enter data related to vehicles, locations, drivers, and users as directed by full-time staff into Netradyne system. Data related to user access, vehicle transfers or disposals, driver transfers or terminations, location additions, closings, or consolidations, as well as any other changes to base support data that is required
Requirements For Data Entry Specialist :
- Regularly required to use hands, talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic experience in navigating web-based 3rd party application software
- Ability to reconcile large datasets is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
