Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin.

JD:
Minimum 5 years of experience in failure analysis of power semiconductors, analog, and/or mixed-signal IC devices
In-depth understanding of digital and analog circuits, device physics, and IC fabrication processes.
Perform IC level failure analysis for RMA and customer issues.
Conduct fault isolation and defect analysis on power ICs to identify root causes of failures.
Generate comprehensive technical reports for customers.
Provide corrective actions to internal and external customers.
Communicate results effectively to drive improvements in product design and process technology.
Has direct customer-interfacing experience.
Hands-on experience with various failure analysis tools and techniques
Ability to interpret IC ATE test data and system level schematics.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
