The Power Automate Desktop – AI Integrations team builds products that combine the latest AI technologies, Power Platform services, and low-code capabilities in Power Automate Desktop to help users be more productive. We partner with teams in Windows, Teams, and Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to meet the customers where they are and help customers be more productive in their daily activities by detecting repeatable tasks and suggesting how to automate them.
We are looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager to lead the Power Automate Desktop AI integration team. As a team, we expose automations in all major Copilots and let customers use natural language to build and invoke desktop automations. We work with adjacent teams in Power Automate to combine desktop automations with cloud automations, task mining, and process insights for an end-to-end, comprehensive solution to improve their productivity. We operate with high agility; we move fast from proof-of-concept to a V1 in production and use feedback from customers to decide the next set of investments.
