Job Requirements / Description

Leads and performs the design, program, test, implementation, and documentation of complex computing applications and software or computing architecture and computing application system designs. Leads analysis of end user processes to define application requirements. Writes and compiles complex code based on documented design or designs application architecture that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications. Modifies or upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality and performance. Identifies and recommends improvements. Identifies and resolves complex programming or application architecture problems.

Day to Day:

They will be working on developing back end and front end software for Digital Navigator and creating software/data engineering pipelines for building a data lakehouse.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with cloud migration and AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Experience with data bricks and data lakehouse.
  • 6-8 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Experience with React (framework used on the front end).
  • Must have experience with end-to-end full stack software development (front end and backend).
  • SQL experience.
  • Experience working with BDS (Boeing Defense Space and Security) data is considered a plus.

Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role.
