ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Code, test, debug, implement for JAVA Web programs to maintain & enhance existing TMS (Transportation Management System) system.
2. Write specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.
3. Manage a Web Application Server and deployment of TMS system.
4. Monitor application logs & provide basic administrative work.
5. Provide first tier system support for daily operations of users.
6. Coordinate & setup interface with various vendors using EDI.
7. Apply and test software package for TMS during install & upgrade.
8. Provide emergency support due to system issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Bilingual is preferred (English/Korean) as the support team is located in Korea (N-ERP, Sales Portal team).
3. Over 2 years of JAVA Web Programming is preferred but entry level is possible to apply.
4. Hands-on system operation experience for TMS platforms is preferred.
5. JAVA Web (HTML, Java Script, XSLT) programming experience in Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance.
6. Experience in Oracle SQL query writing and performance enhancement.
7. Experience in maintenance of Web Application Server.
8. Technical expertise in integrating logistics systems with 3rd party applications using EDI.
9. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills required for design, creation, and testing of programs.
10. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and others.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.
2. Okay to work 100% on-site in Santa Ana, CA.
