Required Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years leading engineering teams, with a focus on talent development
2. 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, emphasizing large-scale computing solutions (primarily AWS)
3. Deep understanding of AWS services, cloud security, networking principles, and container orchestration
4. Strong background in Agile/Lean methodologies and automation principles
5. Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 3 years of experience
6. AWS Solution Architect Associate certification

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Experience in financial services sector
2. Proficiency in Linux operating systems
3. Expertise in cloud security, compliance, and controls
4. Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including VPCs, firewalls, and secure gateways
5. Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
6. Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
