Senior IAM Engineer - FS - Okta, Auth0, Azure - Charlotte, NC

Senior IAM Engineer - We are currently looking for a senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to join a leading financial services organisation based in uptown Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role with a requirement of 3 days per week working onsite, and will play an integral role in supporting and enhancing the Single-Sign-On platform for this business, ensuring an excellent authentication experience for internal and external users across the organisation.

Senior IAM Engineer Requirements

1. Strong experience of working in a dedicated IAM capacity, ideally in a financial services organisation but other environments are also welcome.
2. Experience with IAM solutions like Okta, Auth0, Active Directory or Azure AD
3. Strong end-to-end perspective of IAM
4. Strong communication and inter-personal skills
5. Mind-set of continuous improvement and development
6. Must have a Green Card or US Citizenship - no ability for sponsorship of visas
