Daily tasks will include:

• Provide solution design, create functional and technical documents.
• Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Java, SOA, Microsoft .NET technology in support of OCM/CLS.
• Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate portal functionality.
• Work with architects and developers to configure and support various back office and Oracle integration points and activities.
• Guide Development Team for Project including reviewing and reporting on Team progress and assigning Developers tasks, analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design.
• Workflow analysis.
• Performance Metrics/Data Analysis.
• Developing applications using SDLC with Java (J2EE1.6) including EJBs, JSP development using custom tags, Structs2, Hibernate 4, and Java Frameworks/Packages such as JQuery 1.7, and Apache Commons.
• Configuring COTS software (such as Oracle CRM) to provide multilevel approval feature, allowing multiple teams to work on application simultaneously and approve it. Configure the BIP reports to generate various License Certificate Reports, Deficiency Reports, Application received and denied reports. Configure the integration feature with Enterprise FileNet Content Management to store the documents and reports on FileNet.
• Developing applications and providing support in primarily Linux OS environments, providing production on-call support for applications, troubleshooting, issue resolution, SDLC, security management, testing (unit, system, integration, performance tests).
• Design, develop, implement and bug fix the OCM/CLS Portal/SOA conversion program to convert JSON object to XML dynamically based on mapping configuration which consists of mappings between JSON element to target XML element, string mappings, and default values to the target XML element if the mapping element is not present in the JSON Object.
• Building web applications using front-end frameworks like Vue JS, Angular.
• Build responsive web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap 4, CSS3, HTML5, JSON.

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

• 84 months experience in creating and reviewing designs, design patterns, development and implementation of JAVA, J2EE, JavaScript, Hibernate, REST web service, SOAP web service, Oracle, Oracle 12C OEM, JDeveloper, Eclipse, Visual Studio, JBoss, Subversion SVN, Linux, UML, JIRA, Client ALM, SOAPUI, POSTMAN, SQLDEVELOPER, Visual Studio, TFS.
• 84 months experience of SOA (Oracle/IBM) integrations and software solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization and expertise in implementation with integration patterns.
• 72 months experience of web service open standards including JSON Web Token (JWT), WS-Policy, WS-Security, WS-Addressing and other WS-* stack.
• 72 months of experience with service bus implementation experience providing integration end point to all of the following: Oracle Service Cloud, AKANA, NYBE and downstream agencies like OCM/CLS, DTF, DOL, WCB, DOS, SLA.
• 72 months experience with implementation and design experience in Oracle SOA Suite with Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Human Workflow, Mediator, OWSM, JCA adapters (DB, JMS, File, and FTP), BAM, OWSM, MDS.
• 60 months experience of working with agencies and transforming the data into agency format for downstream agencies like OCM/CLS, RT cluster (DTF17, DTF716), NYBE systems that utilize technologies in Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle SOA, Oracle OPA.
• 60 months experience architecting, integrating or developing business rules for computer systems using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).
• 60 months experience creating service contracts, onboarding and monitoring services in service governance tool AKANA to virtualize the services.
• 60 months experience in creating and reviewing designs, design patterns, development and implementation of .NET – C#, .NET Core 2.2 Framework, Entity Framework, microservices, LINQ, SQL Server, Vue.js, REST web service, SOAP web service, Visual Studio, IIS, TFS, Postman, XUnit, Swagger, MS SQL SERVER.
• 60 months experience of architecting, designing, configuring, debugging and developing applications using Oracle Service Cloud version 2012-current (formally known as RightNow), Oracle enterprise manager 12.2.1, Oracle service bus console 12.2.1, RightNow development client.
