So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for QA Manager to lead our Global QA team. The Global QA Manager will be responsible for driving our QA initiatives and efforts across all locations. The Global QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products are fully tested using the latest techniques.

How Will You Make An Impact

1. Management – You will be responsible for managing, hiring, and training QA engineers as well as aligning resources as per business needs.
2. Communication – You will need to write reports and relay information to employees in person, and management on releases and risks. You will need to work with Project managers to ensure QA deliverables are on-time and identify any risk upfront.
3. Coding Comprehension – You should be able to read and write computer coding languages like Java and Python to identify potential problems and find ways to streamline software delivery.
4. Creative and Innovative Thinking – Find creative and innovative solutions for complex software and business issues and apply these solutions to resolve problems.
5. Ensure team adheres to established test case standardization & best practices.
6. Ability to measure team and individual performance through standardized key performance indicators, and the ability to push the quality bar higher.
7. Staying on top of the cutting-edge testing techniques and trends, implementing the technologies, and ensuring higher quality products on projects.

Have you got what it takes?

1. 15+ years of Quality Assurance Experience
2. 7+ years as a Quality Assurance Manager
3. 4+ years working with CloudOps
4. Led QA teams globally (multiple locations)
5. Responsible for testing Cloud based solution (Private, AWS, Azure)
6. Responsible for testing products AI models
7. Responsible for testing products in the financial crime market (Fraud and Anti Money Laundering)
8. Responsible for testing API based solutions
9. Responsible for testing Realtime solutions
10. Responsible for testing high volume transaction solutions
11. Experience with using and building QA Automation
12. Experience testing React based UIs
13. Experience testing MicroServices based architectures
14. Experience testing solutions that leverage databases (MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB)
15. Experience testing BI solutions
16. Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
17. Experience with Cloud based Release Management
18. Experience with code scanning services like Blackduck and Veracode
19. Experience with Security services and testing for Security
20. Experience with Agile development and SCRUM
21. Experience with Linux systems.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

1. Experience with Performance Testing plans and tools
2. Experience with I18N product testing
3. Experience using AI to build tests and test plans
4. Experience with Security services like MFA, Encryption
5. Experience with Superset BI framework
6. Experience with Snowflake, Graph Database, Time Series Databases
7. Experience with Rules engines and workflow engines.
