Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the HDD Program Management Team to plan and define Development Phases, Product Requirements and Product Features.
- Responsible for bring up of Manufacturing Test Process and Implementation of Product Features.
- Interlock with subsystem teams (Electronics, Firmware, Servo/Mechanical, HDI, Failure Analysis) to:
- Coordinate strategy to meet manufacturing test milestones.
- Analyze and resolve issues identified during system integration.
- Identify root cause of HDD failures and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Yield Roadmap and improvements.
- Identify and interpret data collection requirements.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- BS or MS CE, CS or EE.
- Strong Leadership & Problem Solving & Organization skills.
- Ability to handle more than one project at a time.
- Experience with Data Extraction, Data Analysis and Statistics.
- Familiarity with Programming and Tool Development using TCL, Python, C, C++.
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of both Windows & Linux operating systems.
