Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the HDD Program Management Team to plan and define Development Phases, Product Requirements and Product Features.
• Responsible for bring up of Manufacturing Test Process and Implementation of Product Features.
• Interlock with subsystem teams (Electronics, Firmware, Servo/Mechanical, HDI, Failure Analysis) to:
• Coordinate strategy to meet manufacturing test milestones.
• Analyze and resolve issues identified during system integration.
• Identify root cause of HDD failures and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Yield Roadmap and improvements.
• Identify and interpret data collection requirements.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• BS or MS CE, CS or EE.
• Strong Leadership & Problem Solving & Organization skills.
• Ability to handle more than one project at a time.
• Experience with Data Extraction, Data Analysis and Statistics.
• Familiarity with Programming and Tool Development using TCL, Python, C, C++.
• Exceptional Communication and Presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of both Windows & Linux operating systems.
