Are you passionate about driving impactful design solutions in Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning at AWS? Join our team as a Lead UX Researcher and contribute to building a new product from the ground up. As part of the AWS Central UX Research team, you will be responsible for developing a robust research program to shape the future of analytics and ML experiences at AWS.

In this role, you will play a key part in defining the long-term vision, strategy, and goals for UX research for the Analytics and ML experience team. You will lead human-centered/user experience (UX) research for AWS Systems Manager products, providing generative and evaluative research insights to the product teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer problems to solve throughout the user life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading business-to-business (B2B) user research projects with demonstrated impact. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a passion for advocating on behalf of users. If you have a BS in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCDE, or Computer Science, along with 7+ years of relevant research experience, we encourage you to apply. Experience in a highly agile/scrum environment and a startup environment is a plus.
