Services Offered: 3D Laser Scanning Controls & Automation Construction Management Design & Drafting Engineering: Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Functional Safety Information Technology Instrumentation On-Site Services Operations & Commissioning Support Procurement Project Management.Keystone Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Piping Designer to join our Lafayette team.Position Type: Full-timeLocation: Lafayette, LAWork Environment: Office/SedentaryTravel Requirements: Occasional site visits required.Essential Functions:Constructability, operability, and maintainability of the project design.Development of design configurations associated with the various systems that apply.Providing comprehensive, efficient, and cost-effective technical input into design.Preparation of detailed design drawings, in accordance with engineering design, required as project deliverables.Maintaining a Job Data Book which contains all the pertinent information used during project design.Review of drawings for completeness, overall quality, and adherence to standards.Ensures all drawings have been properly checked.Prepares and/or directs the preparation of final drawing plots and copies for transmittal relative to all project deliverables.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED3 - 10 years of working experienceExperience with AutoCAD Plant 3DStrong Written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, creative, organized, and solution advocate.Attention to detail.Experience Preferred:Associates degree in CADCADWorx experiencePlant 3D experienceField experience
