Key Responsibilities:
**Setup and operate CNC Swiss machines, including Citizen L-20's, L-12's, C-16's, and K-16's.
**Ensure part quality by performing in-process inspections, maintaining tight tolerances within 5/10ths.
**Read and interpret complex blueprints to meet exact specifications.
**Set tools and adjust machine programs as needed, with touch-off setting.
**Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
**Collaborate with the production management team to coordinate daily workflow.
**Utilize shop floor inspection tools to verify product quality throughout the machining process.

Job Requirements
What We"re Looking For:
**At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC Swiss set ups.
**Familiarity with Mitsubishi controls.
**Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
**High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining precision.
**Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
