Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead new product introductions and provide ongoing support through the manufacturing life cycle. This position requires expertise in process technology and a focus on improving productivity and profitability of existing production procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate manufacturing processes for optimal labor and material costs
• Provide timely support for manufacturing areas to diagnose and implement solutions
• Lead significant product, process, or corporate change initiatives
• Research and integrate new processes, equipment, and technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analysis skills in process, capacity, cost/benefit, and quality tools
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, facilitation, negotiation, and material handling
• Experience in equipment design, specification, purchase, and installation
• Project management and leadership ability

Requirements:

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent education
