Post Sales Engineer

Technical Support Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide post-sales technical support for cybersecurity solutions (Palo Alto, Juniper, F5, Fortinet).
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to security solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
4. Implementation Support: Assist clients with the deployment, configuration, and optimization of cybersecurity products.
5. Training: Provide training to clients on the effective use and management of cybersecurity solutions.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a post-sales technical support role, preferably in IT and cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products from Palo Alto, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet. Configuring network protocols DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Access List, VPN. Managing File Server, Router, Switch, NAS, Firewall.
3. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, PCNSA, PCNSE.
4. Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Proficiency in networking and security protocols.
