Responsibilities
- Align processes, measurements, standards, and efforts with a primary focus on safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
- Utilize a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, developing cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Oversee installation and process improvement projects, driving productivity and technology enhancements.
- Ensure all project assignments are completed within established scope, budget, and schedule, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence.

- Floor Time: A hands-on approach with 80% of the day spent on the factory floor, understanding problems and driving real-time results.

- Value Engineering: Seek out optimal value through short and long-term solutions.
- Organization: Coordinate and communicate technical information effectively, creating easy-to-reference documentation.
- Prioritization: Manage multiple priorities effectively to realize results and drive continuous improvement.
- Influential: Evaluate complex decisions, educate and motivate others to gain alignment through effective storytelling.
Everyday Impact:
- Establish strategic partnerships across internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence business strategies and drive impactful business decisions.
- Establish scorecards and KPI reporting to drive throughput, productivity, and engineering standards.
- Partner with supply chain teams to develop new tools and processes, enhancing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compatibility of tooling, equipment, and processes with the entire value stream, optimizing work cell development and methods.
- Promote company mission, values, and ethics, providing direction and training to uphold compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Strong initiative and willingness to adapt in ambiguous situations, with the ability to influence peers and drive execution.
