Location: Colorado Springs, Denver, College Park, Reston, or the Greater Washington, D.C. Area (DMV)
Salary: $150,124 - $200,166
Note: Due to the nature of our work, candidates must be willing to relocate to one of the specified locations. TS/SCI + CI Poly Required

Responsibilities:
- Drive DevSecOps Transformation: Implement and maintain robust DevSecOps practices across our software development lifecycle, ensuring security is integrated from the outset.
- Build Scalable Solutions: Develop and manage DevSecOps solutions at scale, catering to the unique requirements of IL5 to IL6+ classification domains.
- Automate and Optimize: Leverage automation tools and scripting languages to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce vulnerabilities.
- Ensure Security Compliance: Stay abreast of security best practices and frameworks, ensuring our solutions adhere to industry standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on security integration.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Fortify, Acunetix, Prisma Cloud).
- Infrastructure Expertise: Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Security Mindset: Strong knowledge of security best practices, common vulnerabilities, and experience with security frameworks.
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Current certifications to meet 8140/8570 standards (e.g., Security+ or above) and cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).
- Container Expertise: Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS).
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
