UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. Our e-commerce platforms attract millions of visitors each year, and we aim to provide them with a flawless and engaging shopping experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in both designing and implementing user-centric solutions that enhance functionality and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive and effective user interfaces for our high-traffic e-commerce websites.
• Optimize sales funnels to improve user journey from landing pages to checkout, focusing on conversion rate improvements.
• Uphold brand consistency across all web interfaces, ensuring designs are on-brand and focus on customer functionality.
• Collaborate directly with the Creative Director and CEO to interpret and implement design updates from inspiration boards.
• Utilize Vue.js and TailwindCSS for frontend development; comfortable working directly in CSS and creating mockups in Figma.
• Execute responsive web designs that function seamlessly across all devices and platforms.
• Implement your designs directly in Vue.js, ensuring that the vision for the site's UX is realized effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX design and frontend development, continuously refining our approach to digital design.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in UI/UX design, with significant experience in frontend development using Vue.js and TailwindCSS.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement functional, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Experience designing and optimizing sales funnels for e-commerce sites.
• Proficient in CSS and familiar with design tools like Figma for mockups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering optimal user experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with both technical team members and executive leadership.

Bonus Skills:

• Background in e-commerce platform enhancements and checkout optimizations.
• Knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing methodologies to inform UX decisions.
