Job description Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes within the high-tech, medical, or process industry. Utilize quality management and systems expertise, especially in the medical industry (ISO 9001, 13485, FDA requirements, audits, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.). Bridge the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct programming tasks using Python for process optimization and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation (Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie) Electronics (Elektronica) Industrial Automation (Industriële automatisering) Mechatronics (Mechatronica) Mechanical Engineering (Werktuigbouwkunde) Business or Industrial Engineering (Technische Bedrijfskunde) Applied Physics (Technische Natuurkunde) Aerospace Engineering (Lucht- en ruimtevaarttechniek) Solid experience in quality management, quality systems Preferably experience within the medical industry and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, audits, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc. Strong background in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
