Job Requirements / Description
- Senior IT professional with experience of running large teams (atleast 250+ with $15-20M budget)
- Stakeholder management at SVP and VP levels working with both IT and Business
- Experience in Banking domain leading teams across service lines and technologies
- 5-8 years of hands on experience in development preferably in Java technologies like Microservices/Springboot
- Excellent knowledge on Agile Software Development methodology
- Expertise in data security and data governance from banking perspectives
- Experience in growing business through supporting sales and customer connects
