Electrical Design Engineer

Relocation assistance will be provided if required.

This position is responsible for providing electrical design engineering support and expertise in the definition, design, development, and testing of a wide variety of products in a custom-designed, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of electrical design experience on dry-type or oil-filled transformers.
• Experience designing medium voltage transformers, disc units, 6, 12, and 24 pulses transformers, phase shifting transformers, grounding transformers (zig-zag or delta-wye)
• Computer software expertise including Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and OPS (or similar electrical design calculation programs).
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Electrical Engineering. Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering a plus
