Python Support

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve support issues for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Work closely with the engineering team to resolve these issues.
• Create documentation/runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams.

Must Haves:

• Comfortable coding in Python, debugging API calls, writing snippets for clients, creating scripts for debug tooling.
• Basic knowledge of UI and API Integration
• Able to clearly communicate with clients and stakeholders
