Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience with Node.js and JavaScript for backend development.
• Proficiency in MariaDB, Redis, or comparable database technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices including testing, coding standards, and operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for addressing complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Self-driven and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience guiding junior team members.
