As an Eng, you will:
Design, develop, test, and continuously improve business users experiences on the E-Commerce products.
Participate in the conception, estimation, and prioritization of ideas, with data-driven product sense.
Adopt automated and manual test strategies to ensure product quality;
Deploy, troubleshoot, and operate large distributed systems.
Optimize reliability, availability, and performance of globally distributed systems.
Analyze product objectives to deliver results aligned with project goals.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment.
Who We're Looking For:
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related areas
5+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, Python etc.
In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frame works like MySQL, Redis, Kafka etc.
Use full-stack web technology (Node.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) to develop MVPs and run experiments to validate ideas and iterate quickly, leveraging new technologies, tools when needed.
Strong software programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of data structure, algorithm design and analysis, networking, data security and highly scalable systems design
- Exhibit good problem-solving skills and team communication / collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with large-scale system design and E-Commerce products experience
