The eQube Applications Administrator researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage the configuration, installation, maintenance, and support of the eQube application tools, Integrations, and Reports/Portals for development and production environments.
  2. Maintain the solution architecture and configuration activities with systems like DOORS, SAP, Teamcenter, Cameo, Jira, etc.
  3. Plan, test, and deploy system updates and upgrades collaborating with various business functions to coordinate outages as necessary.
  4. Collaborate with Database Administrators in the ongoing maintenance and structure of eQube data.
  5. Support, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans as required.
  6. Perform root cause analysis debugging problems with the eQube environment and then work with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
  7. Provide End-user support for eQube BI/MI solutions.
  8. Document all aspects of system support such that knowledge is readily shared among all those tasked with supporting eQube BI/MI instances.
  9. Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities with business partners and end users, as required.
  10. Support the mentoring, training, and/or demos to end-users, as required.
  11. Support business readiness and change management activities through go-live and production implementations.
  12. Develop and maintain technical, change logs, installation guidelines, and operational guideline documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields with 2 years of relevant experience OR a relevant Masters Degree with 0 years of related experience.
  2. At least 2 years of experience with Application Administration support and incident resolution.
  3. Knowledge with Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss installation/configuration.
  4. General understanding of Software Lifecycle Process.
  5. Work and lead effectively within teams where other team members may be located throughout the country.
  6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Knowledge with relational databases, Java, XML, JSP.
  9. Must be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
  2. Ability to support multiple projects concurrently based on priority and criticality.
  3. Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results.
  4. Experience with eQube reporting and integration development activities.

Salary Range: $75,300 - $130,800

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
