Job Description:

Generalist Software Engineer (AI/ML & Model Orchestration Focus)

We are seeking a versatile Generalist Software Engineer with a deep passion for solving complex, logic-driven problems. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI/ML, particularly in model orchestration, and will play a key role in improving real-time website functionality through behavioral analytics and user requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Product Ownership: Write, test, deploy, and manage your own code, ensuring a seamless delivery of features.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly hack together solutions that address complex challenges, like real-time adjustments to website designs based on user interactions.
• AI/ML Focus: Work with LLMs and model orchestration systems to drive real-time inference and UX/UI changes.
• Tech Stack: Develop across TypeScript, Rust, React, and other modern frameworks, while being open to learning new technologies.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of features, including questioning requirements, solving problems, and delivering fast and functional solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Familiarity with AI/ML and Model Orchestration
• Background in math or physics (software engineering experience not required)
• Strong problem-solving and “hacker” mindset
• Comfortable working across client-side and server-side systems.
