We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Solution Engineer – a techno-functional consultant with experience in the Financials and CRM product suite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for new system enhancements development, new partner/system integrations, and production support
  • Requirements analysis, design, build and testing
  • Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to the business
  • Act as a technical resource with strong functional foundation
  • Develop and/or promote solutions which support the business requirements and business strategies, and which align with enterprise and departmental goals
  • Support leadership in managing customer expectations for project implementation and manage stakeholder communications
  • Engage closely with internal customers to understand what business objectives are desired through technology enablement to ensure projects are successful
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that key projects are aligned with business requirements, including budget and finance considerations
  • Review and implement all systems and documentation under development
  • Serve as primary advisor on technology prioritization as well as future utilization of technology, business process improvements
  • Identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures, and plan the transition to a new process

Experience and Qualifications of the Role:

  • At least 15+ years of Oracle EBS Technical experience
  • At least 7+ years of Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional experience with focus on Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets), CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, Field Service, Advanced Scheduler, Install Base, Procurement, and Inventory
  • Knowledge and experience with the warranty and leasing business is preferred
  • Technical skills: PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow builder, SQL tuning, Web ADI, OA Framework
  • Understanding of client program objectives and alignment of operational support activities to meet those objectives
  • Understanding of relationship between applications, application architectures and Business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to apply project management skills to solve practical problems in a high-tech development environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • A self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
  • Good Collaboration, prioritization and team working skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with virtual teams
  • Passionate about working on projects where there is some element of unknown and ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to find/develop solutions for business requirements

Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent technology field (or relevant experience)
