Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Assist and support the E&M System Superintendent and Shift SupervisorsConform to company QHSE&S policies and proceduresCarry out maintenance and operational tasks on Company equipment as instructed by the E&M System Shift Supervisor and as required by Company and manufacturers’ procedures and manuals.Conduct relevant equipment function checks against relevant standard checklists.Essential Qualifications and Education:High school graduate, Diploma, Technical Degree3 years experience in offshore construction industryKnowledge of the Project operations to be undertakenExperience in offshore environmentIn possession of relevant trade certificate (Electrical/Subsea)Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens Step 7 with ability to learn to work on Allen Bradley)Experience in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of medium voltage electrical systems (440V to 600V 3-Phase Power)Experience in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of 24V control systemsExperience operating flexible or rigid lay systems or similar equipmentGood interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate in spoken and written EnglishOffshore Personal Safety and Survival Training.Suitable Offshore Personal Medical Certificate – ENG1 or Equivalent.#LI-DNIMcDermott is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
